Fifth Doctor - Big Finish Stories on Radio 4 Extra

The first season of 5th Doctor/Tegan/Turlough/Nyssa stories are being broadcast daily on Radio 4 Extra starting Monday 16th @ 6pm with Cobwebs.

Cobwebs and The Whispering Forest are definitely worth a listen. Cradle Of The Snake isn't as good.

I'm glad to see these getting broadcast. It's great having Big Finish audios "to ourselves" but they really deserve a wider audience and they're ready made for venues like Radio 4, or the Sirus satellite station Book Radio.

It was my favorite of the three, and at the time I wasn't even that familar with the snake in question.

The Whispering Forest was my favorite, but they're all fun in a nostalgic sort of way.

I've listened to the first half of Heroes Of Sontar, the first story in the second series and it's pretty good so far.

Think it might annoy some people though as the Sontarans are basically treated as comic relief.
