Very meh episode. None of the various plot lines engaged me and all seemed stretched out to extremes for MO! DRAMA!

It was just dark and washed out, probably in a lame attempt to convey the depressing nature of the two stories.

And no, it wasn't an awful episode. It just wasn't very interesting. At all. It'll be completely forgotten in a day or two save for maybe the bit about House operating on himself. If it were a truly awful episode, it'd be one you focused your hatred upon for weeks, months, or even years.

Yeah. It came to the point where I wondered if it was all a dream for one of the characters. It wouldn't be the first time for this show.

First time I've ever fast forwarded through large portions of House. Completely unbelievable, cringe worthy and boring all at once. How did they manage that? We'll watch the season finale next week, then we're done.

Honestly I think the best thing that could have came out from this is if it was the last season and this was build up to House killing himself.

And I hate it, this is the moment when I think large amount of fans ditch the show. It's interesting when there are a few votes and the troll vote this week is for "excellent" because the episode was so awful that people are voting for that rating.

It was pretty far-fetched to have House stealing experimental drugs to regrow muscle only to get tumors which he decided to remove himself in the bathtub. It does come off as shark jumpy.

I didn't watch most of it, I was too involved with finishing Assassin's Creed II. Looks like I made the right decision.

I don't know Checkmate, my interactions on this board seem to indicate it's not okay to have a personal preference that's not in line with the rest of the board.

To be honest I found this episode refreshing and different to the past episodes of season 7 which took our characters nowhere with case of the week episodes that they have been doing since the show started. A change in direction is what the show needs. What it needed a while ago.
