Which one should I use, I can't decide....
Joseph Stalin - A man who claimed to be the champion of the people yet was responsible for, at least, 20 million deaths.
Leopold II of Belgium - A man who was responsible for 10 million deaths in the Congo and who had the audacity to claim he was a humanitarian.

She was the Countess of Blood. In the 16th Century, she tortured and killed hundreds of girls and allegedly bathed in their blood in an attempt at maintaining youth. She's sort of the female version of Count Dracula. And she may or may not be the worst female serial killer in history.Could we have a little background?

In my experience, the contests that get the most entries are SciFi, TV&Media and Misc, so voters can vote for more entries.
