I wouldn't call it a "game" per se, but the free simulator Orbiter has a large fan base. With it you can simulate a large range of space missions through fan based add-ons from building the ISS, Shuttle launches, tours of the solar system and I think even moon landings. From what I understand it's quite complicated.

The wiki has links to sites with fan add-ons:

hmmm, may have to check this out again. on my own. seems the fans have added alot of fictional spacecraft as well as historical ones!
For a bit of a different kind of simulation, there's also the DOS classic Buzz Aldrin's Race into Space, which lets you manage the space program of the 50s\60s. It's VERY tough, but definitely entertaining, and satisfying when it all works out. You should be able to find versions that have been rewritten to work in Windows if you poke around on Google.
I've been looking for a game that re-enacts the apollo 11 mission in an acurate and complex way - found plenty of flash moon landing games but thats it.
Anyone know if there is one out there?
