OB/GYN appointment
Which translates to no sleeping in, having to put on makeup, get all dressed up, doing my hair. Yuck.

I'm sure you don't look bad.
Just my town has lots of trash. Less than Chicago. But we still have druggies, and drug dealers, and welfare spenders(not the good kind). It's really easy to be thrown in as one of those.
I haven't gotten out of my pajama's in a week now. I have changed them.

Oh well we have stoners here but I wouldn't say druggies in the sense you mean. It's very diverse, lots of dreadlocks, hippy gear, tracksuits, regular Target stuff..kind of anything and everything. No one looks dressed up though, it's a bit too hippy for that.
That's good, I am glad you are resting!! Just do whatever makes you feel comfortable and relaxed
I'm wearing.. pink crocs, long black gothy skirt, BPAL t-shirt and world of warcraft jacket. I could go down the street like this and be fine. In fact I have. I have to leave the house later and I might change the t-shirt as it now has egg on it, lol.
I'd love to live in a town like that.
Our druggies are of all types: stoners, meth heads, coke addicts, crack heads.
I normally could care less what I look like, especially if I'm just heading to Walmart, or Costco, or Winco, but the Doctor's office is downtown in the "nice" area and if you look the slightest degree of "trash" they'll glare and make snide comments.
Part of me wants to ask my hubby to come in his scrubs with his cap so I won't get the looks and I can be dressed down with minimal makeup.

No, that will never happen. As I always say though, if Janeway ends up with him (after her RETURN in the books) I will be super happy for her because I want her to be happy.

Well they were together before she left for her mission in BD. They had one night together before he had to leave for a mission with Voyager for a year and they were going to meet up in Venice when he got back and she died literally like three days before hand
