No in the hair discussion I was a Season 5 preference (though of course I like ALL HER HAIRS!!). At some point in this thread some pic converted me and I spent a happy evening staring at Season 4 hair. I like it not fluffed out at all, when it looks flattened down a bit and quite short. Photo 2 is a little fluffy for me but still shows fab shortness!!

Had this conversation last night after mr. teacake noticed my preoccupation on the pute..

mr. teacake: so what are you doing there now that you aren't playing wow for a while?

me: i'm making a pictorial essay about Janeway's hair.

mr. teacake: is that uhh.. as fun?

Yes, I have embarked on a quest to watch all of Doctor Who. And I've learned that as soon as I say that, I always get asked to clarify, so I will go ahead and do so: Yes. ALL of Doctor Who from 1963 to the current material. The next question I get asked is whether or not I know how much TV that is. The answer is: Yes, I do.

I'm up to "The Sensorites" and it is rocking my world. I'm also developing a slight crush on Barbara. I'm looking forward to getting up to the Third Doctor - the one I remember fondly from childhood, but I'm enjoying the early stuff quite a lot.

And now - back to the TARDIS!

Oh yesssssssssssssssssssss.

I equated it to an iconic scene from Xena Warrior Princess season 1.

The "Princess" has been skinny dipping with her "best bud" when they realize a kid is being chased to their location by a soldier. Xena "submerges" and then swims to the edge of the pond where she just stands up, water cascading off her, and she's wearing the SAME FACE as Janeway in this scene. The face that says you do NOT want to FRACK with me!
