I'm with you. I'd love to see what happened to Captain Jack that lead to The Face of Boe. I bet that could be turned into a great movie. Also, Boe told the then doctor that there was another Time Lord. I think that Captain Jack meet the Doctor's daughter during he's travels while off Earth after leaving the Tardis. And, she was the other he was talking about, not the Master.

In CoE, we saw that one single, big event (getting blown to bits) doesn't affect him in such a way.
Also, the Face was certainly talking about the Master (aka: Professor You Are Not Alone). Not that the writers wouldn't retcon it to have meant someone else.

Well... no. The Doctor's Daughter hadn't been created yet--and by created, I mean in the real world. Clearly the Face of Boe was talking about Yana (You Are Not Alone), that's why the Doctor was flashing back to that moment when he was figuring out who Yana really was.
It doesn't mean we won't be seeing the Daughter again, or that Jack won't meet her. But, Boe was WARNING the Doctor... if indeed Boe is Jack, Jack saw what the Master did.

Well, no, You Are Not Alone definately refers to the Master. And one can infer that the Master did meet the Face of Boe and that the Face of Boe was responsible for turning the Master into Professor Yana. Aside from the obvious (the meaning of Yana) you also have to consider that Yana was discovered on Silver Devastation, the Face of Boe's homeworld.
I think the Master was responsible for turning the Master into Yana, ala the chameleon arch.
My point is the Face of Boe was likely involved somehow.
There doesn't seem any real evidence for that aside to the reference to the Silver Devestation. Boe alludes to Yana, but then he's just remembering from when he was Jack surely? And when he's got his mind back, the Master makes no reference to it, he just says he ran as far as he could to hide out, he doesn't mention a head in a jar helping out! And also timey wimey aside, Boe was long dead before the Master woke up as Yana by the silver devestation.
My personal theory in that regard is that the Face of Boe had a limited-ability time machine. It could send you into the past or future, but no return trip, and only on the planet you were on. After the Master became Yana, the Face of Boe sent him to the end of the universe and let him live a life devoted to finding Utopia.
I think I'd go with the theory that the Master had a TARDIS, used it to run to the far future, then used the chameleon arch to become Yana.
That TARDIS probably wasn't anywhere near him by the time we saw him in Utopia and he had been human for (probably) a very long time, he might not have even remembered "where he parked it".

Why would Boe do that? Especially if Boe knows WHO Yana is? Shouldn't a responsible Boe kill Yana while Yana wasn't the Master?
The far simpler explanation, as suggested, Boe remembered Yana being the Master, when Boe was Jack and arrived with the Doctor at the end of the Universe.
i don't believe Boe is Jack for one second. it's utter pish and RTD pulling our collective legs to get a rise.
Maybe the Face of Boe is a pacifist and refuses to kill, and will help anyone wanting to escape war?
Also, if the Face of Boe is indeed Jack, than he would know that the Master becoming Yana and living at the end of the universe is something that would have to happend and dare not interfere.

Right. But, that doesn't mean he's directly involved with Yana or the Master in any way.
It makes the Universe very small if a small group of characters are constantly involved with each other.
Why couldn't the Master have sent himself far into the future and then used the Chameleon Arch? Or vice versa, and sent his Tardis on automatic?
I guess, ultimately, my question is: why do you have the theory? What was missing from the story that the Face of Boe has to be involved in getting Yana to the future?

I assume he helps whoevr seeks him. He won't go out of his way to help someone, but if someone happens to be in the neighbourhood, he'll offer a helping hand. Or equivelant for a giant floating face.
Why do you assume the Master had his own Chameleon Arch? I was under the impression that the Doctor found his Chameleon Arch and installed it within the TARDIS, not that it came standard with every TARDIS. Therefore, the Master went to the Face of Boe, used Boe's Chemeleon Arch and got sent to circa 100 trillion.
The Face of Boe was aware that there was another Time Lord, and Yana was found on Silver Devastation, Face of Boe's homeworld. That to me is a bit too coincidental, and the only logical explanation is if the Face of Boe was involved in the transformation and relocation.
