Well, the CGI looks kind-of dated, like something they would have done 10 years ago. 
Either the kid play Lex is scared or constipated.

Annette O'Toole looks good for being 60.
The writers hated Lana from the start by killing her parents.
Well, it depends if this show catches on. Kind of opened with a bang, I must say.

I really liked that opening scene and it really captured the "feel" of Superman's origins I felt, in watching it you can tell from the lighting, the music, the cinematography that the series had a very different tone than what it has now.
