camelot vs merlin

Yes but they cut the scene before the wolf rap... No, it was consensual, before she did it with the wolf god. We know she got on all fours and presented her rump to the wolf but...

I was denied in the same way by Todd and the Book of Pure Evil. Poor Atticus. But at least he kind of got it out of his system by writing an opera about how he was literally made a bitch.

I just watched Camelot. It is about 150 trillion times better than Merlin. The women are actually beautiful. I would brag if I had sex with one of the main babes. The women on Merlin are not that attractive. Guinivere on Camelot is smoking hot. I'm not at all attracted to Guinivere on Merlin.

Arthur seems like a decent guy on Camelot. Merlin's Arthur is a huge prick. I wished he would die during every single episode of the first season. I was cheering for the bad guys to win. I was actually on Arthur's side while watching Camelot.

Merlin's Merlin is likeable enough, but I hate that he is defending the most vile people like Uther. Arthur verbally abuses him and treats him like shit. He also has to hide his power so he doesn't get executed. Camelot's Arthur is crafty and mysterious. He is known to be a sorcerer and strange figure that skulks around over the decades.

Leontes.

He might be Lancelot.

But then he might not.

But if it is he, then that puts the cuckolding in reverse which fucks the "legend" a little.

My favourite bit from Mort de Arthur was that every time some one tried to tell Arthur, Lancelot would say 'how dare you tell such lies about a noble and virtuous woman, we must have a duel to prove that you are lying." The spud couldn't lose. Might equals right. They were up to their knees in Knights blood before Arthur cottoned on.

Gwen form Camelot is super hot, but she looks like a 21st century model, not a 15th century lady. Incorrect casting has plagues this show.

I read the Mort Artu (the final book of the Lancelot-Grail/Vulgate cycle) about two years ago, and it was Arthur's utter stupidity that always stood out. It was blindingly obvious to everyone what was going on, and Arthur was just oblivious to it. And, of course, Lancelot was a homicidal maniac. :)

So there's no way a "15th Century lady" can look like this?

Has humanity evolved so much since then?

BTW, Camelot takes place in the 5th Century.

excellent we now have percivel in the ranks as well as lancelot on merlin and the lady in the lake bit was awesome. half way threw merlin season finale.

Boy, they really pulled out the stops on the MERLIN finale: the Lady in the Lake, the Round Table, the Sword in the Stone. It's almost like they were afraid they wouldn't get another season.

As it turns out, a fourth season is in the works, but this would have worked as a series finale if necessary.

it would be an awesome season ender but yeah season four is on the way.
that was fantastic episode ever . now we also have lancealot's old wound as well.

And many lingering glances between Gwen and Lancelot . . . .

I didn't really like the pilots for Camelot, but I would give it another chance later on or watch a few more if people were talking about how good it was. Unfortunately, there's next to no talk about Camelot unless it's about Eva Green's tits or it is nothing but bad discussion.

Yeah the Season 3 finale of Merlin is really good, by contrast. They can't really go back to some of the kiddie bits like they did at the beginning of Year 2 thanks to all that happens here. I think Season 4 might have different scheduling because of some BBC conflict with Doctor Who or something, but they are making it. I'm glad to see Merlin has grown up some, although I wish it was darker. What I saw of Camelot just looked like a big mess.

Camelot is just too boring--I really wanted to like it but it is unfocused and seems to want to make up with what is lacking in writing with nakedness. Also one thing you really need in a fantasy show like this is atmosphere but this has really failed to generate one that is effective.

I just gave up on the second episode. Boring, bland, yeah something is amiss here definitely.
