When I went to NY for an event Kate was "with" a very handsome man... who was not Tim. She was very vibrant and carefree also very flirtatious with him... No wedding band either. Other peeps told me he was her new BF, they had seen him with her before. I certain got the impression they were an "item". Seeing her so happy was very uplifting. She has done a good job keeping it hush, probably for Tim's sake although I know nothing of those politics.
