Let's talk sandwiches

Not my problem. :p
Hey, don't get me wrong, I would love to sample an authentic Philly cheesesteak.

So which is better? Pat's or Geno's?
Tourists go to Pat's and Geno's. If you want a real Philly cheesesteak, you get it from a guy working out of a food truck parked on a street corner, whose personal and workspace hygiene are at least partially in doubt. Your best bet is a weekday during lunchtime; most of these guys cater to the office workers and can be hard to come by on a weekend.

Uh huh... well, then that's a bit TOO authentic.
It sounds worse than it is; I've never had food poisoning from anything I've bought off a food truck, which is more than I can say for some "legitimate" food establishments in Philadelphia.

I LOVE sandwiches. I'm partial to veggie sandwiches of all kinds, but I've been on a grilled cheese kick lately.

- 2 slices 12 grain bread
- cream cheese on both sides
- 2 thick slices of aged cheddar
- 1 slick kraft singles
- margarine or butter both sides
- throw it on the George Foreman Grill

Serve with a pickle and a mix of ketchup/sriracha sauce for dipping :)
