TOS callbacks?

What kind of stuff would us fans like to see in the next NuTrek movie, that are homages to the original tv series? Now, i don't mean stories, just scenes.
For instance, I would enjoy seeing Kirk and Spock playing a game of 3-D chess, Scotty talking about his technical journals, etc etc.

How about Spock playing the instrument he played in some episodes. That would be nice.

I'd like to see their quarters with some of the same items (modernized of course) from the series.

I'd like to see a bottle of "green" in addition to the 3-D chess board and Spock's lute (or whatever it's Vulcan name is).
