Just watched the preview, looks like a good conversation. Too bad Raw Nerve isn't an hour long!!

Based on the pic above, was wondering if Walter planned to confront Bill on his own hair loss? I had no idea Koenig was bald!?!

Looks like Koenig is auditioning for the role of Picard in a TNG reboot.

I had no idea he was bald either. Wonder how long he has been.

LeVar Burton is on the other episode of Raw Nerve, airing just before Koenig's.

Go back and take a look at him during TOS, when he stopped wearing the Beatle wig. That is one industrial-level combover.

While searching for some Trek images awhile ago
I saw this thumbnail and for a moment thought it was Chekov!
Turns out it's Rudy Giuliani

I was pretty surprised, too. Originally, I thought he shaved his head for a role in a stage production.

Oh, well...

Yeah, very shocking, considering I saw him in Chicago last summer and he had a full head of hair going for him. Either he has a really convincing rug or his hair was so bad in TOS that anything would have been more believable.

This has been discussed elsewhere around here, and certain folks have asserted that Koenig's been wearing a rug for several years, if not decades.

Saw him in Atlanta walking around town without it in the early 1980's. He wasn't as bald as he was here, but he was definitely doing the Sam Nunn combover.

How can our 22 year old ensign be 75? Time just goes too fast...

Never knew he wore a wig! Good on him for joining us baldies.

This looks an interesting interview - someone let us know how it goes. I hope they were able to shake hands and walk away friends after it.

He certainly wore a toupee when he was on Babylon 5. It was an open secret among the wardrobe and makeup crew.

He was here for a convention in 1986 - and wore a cap for almost the entire week. Always a giveaway.

I've never met him/seen him live, but I've always felt he came across the most down to earth of the "supporting cast".

I would like to meet him, he seems like "one of us". I remember seeing him interviewed in his office once - packed to the ceiling with comic books and Trek memorabilia

I'd love to find out more about his time on TOS. I mean someone (Coon?) was trying to make him a star, or thought he'd be a hit with the viewers. The show was Kirk/Spock/Bones/Chekov for a while there in Season 2. Then suddenly they seemed to give up on him and he drifted into the background.
