The top 4 on this list is actually identical to the top 4 in the "Poll 5" poll referenced by the Lurker's Guide. Same four episodes in the same order.

Those are the ratings that show up in the Lurker's Guide, but I think the Lurker's Guide uses the numbers that each episode had as of shortly after the initial US airdate. The poll kept going over the course of the entire series, so some episodes had scores that drifted somewhat higher or lower. I think the final update of the poll (late 1998) is here:

Those are the P-ratings I compiled as of about 2 years ago on the Lurker's Guide. Whether they've been updated since then, I don't know.

The P5 ratings were run by a fan named Mike Hopkins, independently of the Lurker's Guide. The Lurker's Guide simply copied and pasted the P5 numbers into the Guide pages, but I think they did so shortly after the initial US broadcast. So the # for Z'ha'dum given by the Lurker's Guide would be the # that existed when the episode first aired in 1996. That was posted there in 1996, and has remained there ever since.

But the P5 poll itself kept going through late 1998, so the scores of each episode drifted slightly, with (for example) "Z'ha'dum" moving from 9.73 to 9.69. Mike Hopkins kept a running tally for all episodes throughout the life of the series, with (I think) the final update given in the link from my last post:
