Tony was able to hack Kang's equipment from the year 3000, I'd say he's got the edge in hacking.
But would he been able to hack the way he did, it the Kang's gear didn't have it's roots in equipment from Stark Technologies?

"Out of five," you mean -- Dick, Jason, Tim, Stephanie, Damian. As distinct from the real "For the Man Who Has Everything," where Batman's trainee saved everyone.
Not even the good trainee. But the one which let's be honest, rates third of the three.
Groo the Wanderer. Is there anyone that can defeat Batman?
Is there anyone who can defeat Batman? Yes. He lives in a blue box that's bigger on the inside than it is on the outside.
Like Batman's gonna let some guy he's after open a briefcase.Does Tony travel with security? The only bodyguard I recall him having is a guy named "Iron Man".Exactly my point. If, which means Tony won't go near Bruce/Bats in a fight situation without the suit. (Or if it's not handy, he'll have half of Stark Industries Security surrounding him.)
Which brings us right back to "Tony ain't going up against some nut dressed like a bat without his suit"...most likely the one in the briefcase, and Tony in the suit wins.
I guess in this modern age of warfare you might have a point. Though Cap seems to be a quick learner so imagine that all Super Soldiers would learn to be top pilots, tank drivers and equipment users in less time than Joe recruit. Has the need for boots on the ground fighters diminished that much?Because having an army of peak human soldiers is very desirable. If the Super Soldier serum doesn't make you super-human why in the world would there this massive global race to re-create it?
Even that's debatable. The marginal payoff of a "peak human" driving a tank and a regular guy driving a tank strikes me as not particularly substantive.
Anyway, Tony Stark is more of a dick. That's what this thread's about, right? No? I really hope it wasn't about whether Bruce Wayne could beat up Tony Stark, because that's not much of a discussion.
If Stark uses the Extremis or 'Bleeding Edge' armor he doesn't need a briefcase he can call the armor to him cybernetically in the current armor's case it's all stored inside his bones. (Though Batman has a way to prevent this I'm sureAdmiral2 said:Which brings us right back to "Tony ain't going up against some nut dressed like a bat without his suit"...most likely the one in the briefcase, and Tony in the suit wins.
I'm surprised that all of us have forgotten Bane lol. He systemically wore down Bruce both mentality and physically before he broke his back. That is one way to beat Batman. Dr. Hurt and his Club of Villains also did something similar by distracting Bruce. If you're able to distract Batman in any way possible...you can beat him.
How is Batman more dedicated and capable? He can't even clean up one city where the villains are mostly normal humans. Tony's latest suit is a part of his body, it's not something that can just be disabled,

unless Batman goes at gets some Kryptonians/Martian/New God tech.
He's not a technical genius like Stark is.
And he let the Joker get away with killing Jason Todd (for a while) and crippling Batgirl, and killing Gordon's wife.
