Need help identifying a TOS episode

I read on this board a few years ago that there is a TOS episode where you can see a newspaper accidentally left on the set. I think it is on a table. If this is true, can someone identify the episode for me? Thanks.

"The Lights of Zetar," Scene 107B:

It certainly looks like a newspaper, and I cannot imagine why a set designer would place anything else there on purpose. But if it is a newspaper, it is extremely text light. There appears to be an image of a large face taking up most of the surface area. (The blu-ray DVD provides better images than the one above.) And if it is a newspaper, how on earth did it get on the set and go unnoticed?

Perhaps this is a mystery that will never be solved.

Well, it's obvious that the annoying problem of outdated reading material in doctors' offices won't have gone away by the 23rd century! :guffaw:

Sets can be very boring places. I imagine newspapers are quite common diversions. Probably ended up on screen because the shot was planned as a closeup and they pulled back for an impromptu three-shot at the last minute.

A TNG episode features a woman's handbag sitting on the bridge, where no one noticed it until the episode aired.
