I don't think Janeway ever developed any type of relationship with Kashyyk.

Janeway wasn't giving up her stuff to easy to Chakotay, she sure as hell wasn't falling for that guy. Janeway isn't stupid.
If she was, then the metaphor of counterpoint has lost it's meaning in the episode.
It's all about them playing AGAINST each other in unison.
If she was falling for him, she'd be playing in harmony with him.

I always laugh when he yells "PRAAAAX!" and I don't think I'm supposed to
evil ways, I think she would have "considered" him as a potential suitor.
to THAT, since he was never really threatened by Holographic Michael. (Well, there was that brief moment on the bridge in "Spirit Folk, but I digress)
