How is Janeway sexy?

I haven't posted any pictures in days. Time to make up for it.

OMG again with the cigarette.. she's like an old movie actress making smoking just so sexy and chichi and umm..

While I was looking around I found THIS.. wow, Kate really does look like Katherine Hepburn (this is Hepburn in case you are wondering!)

I guess.

Although, I'd rather we had more Mulgrew, to be perfectly honest. Beltran isn't exactly an equitable trade..

No. It isn't. He was in Big Love a few times I think. Thank Voyager since he gets typecasted as Native Americans :D

I wish I hadn't been in Chicago when she was doing Tea at Five, I was taking creative writing and journalism and was so busy I never got a chance to see it. And then when she did Antony & Cleopatra this past fall my OB/GYN still wanted me on lax bedrest so no flights for me. And I found that out after my sister bought the tickets.

That really sucks. :(

my sister said that Kate was "SUPER HOT!" Thank God for YouTube. Lol. I lived off of the clips Hartford stage posted

Gin Rickey

Sounds full of vitamin C.. and with carbonated water very hydrating!

It's convenient when the alcohol part (gin) is the same color as the mixer (water) because then no one can see how strong you made it. Coke tends to dilute and pale-ify.

Ooooh...nice.

So far, the closest thing to "Coffee, black" is "Gin Rickey, Gin Rickey, Gin Rickey, Gin Rickey, Gin Rickey, Gin Rickey, Gin Rickey..."

Oh. A drink sounds wonderful right now. I know we have a bottle of vodka in the fridge . . .

Nope. Not going to risk it. Hubby will be home in an hour. And he can smell the slightest bit of alcohol on a person. Must be a doctor thing.

I'm getting way too into this show. I'm talking to my computer monitor.

"No! Sonia! Detective Valentino is perfect for you!"

As well as the occasional "Bring Back Mulgrew!" and "Gin Rickey, Gin Rickey, Gin Rickey..."

You need the most potent listerine you can get, and a mouth infection. Just gargle it endlessly post vodka, it all smells the same.

Getting a glass of cab sav for this thread. Wish I had CLEAR odorless booze instead.

LOL! I should. But I'm breast feeding, not at the moment. And I know a drink won't hurt but I'm too fearful to try. Until then: orange juice for me :)

And I love that Kate can work the awkward half-smile. I have literally tried to make mine work my whole life.

I keep a bottle of gin stored at my local cafe, for evening usage (they don't have a liquor licenses so we have to drink it out of latte cups). Next time I'm down there I'm buying some carbonated water instead of tonic or lemon stuff. It sounds really astringent--no sugar, just GIN, icy bubbly water and lime. It's hardcore!

And hey, we know Janeway wouldn't be drinking girly umbrella cocktails. Though I seem to recall Neelix offering her one on the holodeck once..

I declare the very straightforward, no frills Gin Rickey to be the coffee, black of booze.

Just like Janeway.

I don't remember her accepting it, though...
