Sunday data later...

Not looking good for THE CAPE. :(

Seriously, how can they give up on LUX when GG isn't fairing any better and won't GG get another season? :sigh:

I believe GG will get another season because it does better in the 18-34 female demo than LUX did but not by that much.

The CW is a total joke

Gossip Girl gets much stronger ratings than Life Unexpected in the women 18-34 demo, which the CW pays particular attention to and can leverage into advertising support.

It's not unusual for Gossip Girl to get more than double the ratings of Life Unexpected in the W18-34 demo, so there actually is a wide margin there.

GG ratings have been falling so I would guess that margin is getting smaller. Next season I could see GG dropping to a 0.5 demo.

CW is a joke and GG sucks.

About THE CAPE...it is a shame that is doing so poorly...the quality has increased since the Pilot and second ep...I am not sure how improved the numbers have to be...but it is unlikely to happen...which sucks...cause I enjoy the show alot. :sigh:

What the fuck is up with Lie to Me and Human Target, those numbers seem decent and great for them.

Harry’s Law is clearly a hit for NBC, almost no drop off at all in any of the audiences.

Lately GG has ranged from a 1.9 to a 2.5 in the W18-34 demo, while LUX typically got a 1.1 or 1.2, occasionally going up to a 1.5. For a network focused on that demo that's a wide margin. LUX generally had the second worst W18-34 ratings on the CW, while GG and TVD have the highest.

I expect GG, 90120 and OTH if they all are picked up to continue their erosion all at once and show the CW plan to ignore the 35-49 female demo and the entire male demo a huge mistake.

Harry’s Law is clearly a hit for NBC, almost no drop off at all in any of the audiences.

I don't know. Let's see what happens when it's up against a new ep of 5-0 and not a rerun.

H5-0 is shit, the ratings for CBS aren't great, I think Harry's Law will be fine. For NBC Harry's Law is a hit. It's clear we will be getting a second season without a doubt unless NBC is stupid...

Oh fuck....

Ahh, so that's how they're going to do it. Makes sense. Wish it would have been TBBT or even HIMYM instead of Rules of Engagement though.

wish it wasn't Rules of Engagement though.

CBS still haven't figure out what there doing with RoE so it will be more episodes to decide on at least one more season or not. RoE fate will be deicided when it joins TBBT in a few weeks.

I guess I shouldn't be this way, because I'm sure there are plenty of people that enjoy RoE, but I hope it gets worse ratings than Shat. Not because I think it will help Shat, but because it will piss CBS off.

Sunday w. Cable

Until last week it was doing fine, then they aired it up against NFL playoffs . However I hear repeats are fine plus its already been picked up.

Episodes - 0.558 million & 0.3/1

Shameless - 1.109 million & 0.6/1

Shameless is fine and I have no idea about Episodes, borderline maybe.

Being Human (Syfy) went down to 1.502 million viewers (1.0/1 HH and 0.5/1 A18-49) for its third episode. That's a big drop from its second episode, which went up to 2.139 million viewers (1.2/2 HH and 0.9/2 A18-49).

Yeah. CBS has a lot of shitty shows. But people watch a lot of them.
True, but the ratings for that shit are lower than the ratings for it's other shit.

It has high ratings in the demo than TGW and CSI NY, CSI Miami, The Defenders and Blue Bloods. Five O ratings are high enough to get a 2nd season, its in very little danger if any at all.

Sshhhh you!

I want it gone from TV. We already have LA don't don't need a third NCIS on the air. ;)
