New Farragut/Exeter crossover

I'd like to temper everyone's thoughts on crossovers or the latest news regarding Farragut. While there are some changes related to the Command structure of Farragut, John Broughton will still be deeply involved with Farragut Films.

The crossover at this time is only in comic form and hasn't really been fully addressed by the leadership team of Starship Farragut or even how to incorporate the characters into Starship Farragut.

Starship Farragut

Michael, I think we're all surprised by the turn of events, and want to make sure Farragut continues. We hope you'll keep us informed as to what's going on!

I can assure you that Starship Farragut will continue and is currently working on the release of "Just Passing Through" and are in the very beginning stages of pre-production for "The Price Of Anything". All characters have been cast for the next episode.

As far as news goes, we like to put out a unified announcement of our current and future events. This ensures a standard message instead of speculation. We hope you understand.

Michael

I understand completely; only I speak for Potemkin. John's announcement sorta hit everybody hard.

To say the least. I have been waiting for something official to appear on their website before I commented, but I have not seen anything as of yet. It is possible that I missed something. This is the first place I have seen anyone say anything about it aside from John's blog.

Ultimately, John has to do what is right for his life, work, and family. I think all of us can understand that. I am glad he'll still be involved. As someone that has enjoyed what Farragut is and it's execution, I have to say it is disappointing. I think he did a great job as Captain Carter. He brought a different look and approach to the captaincy in the TOS world.

I am sure whatever direction they go from here will be fine. I just hate to see this happening so soon. Good luck John.

Sounds to me like there's a lot of work being done on Farragut productions. I look forward to what will be...
