I was wondering how long it would take for the Pee Wee reference to appear. I'm, frankly, surprised it took as many posts as it did.

Reminds me of a story I heard on the radio recently. A judge (I think it was a federal judge) some time fairly not too long ago, was caught, well...

The bailiff noticed the judge's face was turning read and he was getting funny looks, and that there was this sucking sound coming from behind the bench. Turns out he had an automatic ... "thing" doing his manly business for him under his robe while holding court.

I remember that story. There was also a story floating about when I was still in private practice about a local judge who allegedly had a human "personal assistant" giving him a "hand" from under the bench during a trial some years ago; most likely apocryphal, but didn't stop it from being repeated regularly at lawyer gatherings.
