Also, it's the first and only time we get to see an Intrepid class starship on screen that isn't called Voyager :techman:

I checked in Memory Beta and he was in Terok Nor series...Dawn of the Eagles if I remember correctly.

I don't remember him there. A sign I should dig out the book from my bookshelf and read the novel again ;)
 
I kinda hope he comes up in a future novel... cuz otherwise... what a way to go!! O.O

No citizen escapes the notice of the state, Mr. od0_ital. The Order maintains detailed files on all those deemed irregular, extraordinary or deviant, in preparation for the day on which their singular charismatic talents are co-opted for use in furthering the aims of Cardassia. Either that, or they will be eliminated. Such intriguing and memorable personalities as those displayed here require monitoring...

As the Central Command would, on this occasion agree with our comrades in the Order, there is always a pressing need to maintain surveillance upon our worthy citizens least they use their considerable talents to less...effective ends. The late Glinn Boheeka was a fine case in point (although he did make a full and heartfelt confession for his crimes and before he unfortunately passed due to unforeseen circumstances, he pledged his eternal loyalty to the state)

Of course sometimes, external influences must be recognized for the troublesome threat that they are which is why the security Politburo of the CC has picked the late Senator Koval of Romulus as our prime example of said dangers.
