Yeah, that's currently the biggest plot-hole, IMO. I mean Young doesn't trust him any further than he could throw him out an airlock, so you'd think he'd make a point of learning where he goes. I sure as hell would.
Yeah, I'm still pissed about that. Guess I'll have to order the new DVDs from the library to catch up.
Well assuming that he could, it's still going to take about a gazillion years for the ship to get back to the Sol system. So unless they have cryo-stasis chambers.
Young should start every day by punching Rush in the face. It would make him feel better and you just know he did something to deserve it.
He's the one who stopped Destiny to check out the planet. The ship is usually decent (though not great) at picking planets that won't automatically kill them.
He could have turned off the jump timer giving the crew all the time they would have needed to free whatshisname.
They could have a better chance at finding a series of gates or a species that can take them home, though.
Well, its not as easy as that, even at max speed they are so far from home it would take millions of years to get back. Plus, there is some super secret mission that Destiny is on that is very important. I hope we learn what it is. The way home may be forward, not back. Perhaps there is something on their journey that will get them home.
