Is there any easy way to see if my laptop could run this? My laptop is far from a gaming rig, but I'm tempted to give it a shot.

Finally got my Primary character through "What lies beneath" last night. Now I just need to get the secondary through and I can do this weeks.

After the 23d century stuff, supposed to return to your ship and be prompted from there?

After the 23rd Century stuff, you return to the your ship, warp to sector space, talk to Franklin Drake and get your reward. Story continues next Saturday.

Which is pretty cool, now we can have up to 3 blue phaser banks on each ship. Only need three more for the whole arsenal on my cruisers :D

I don't know if it's still possible, or if it was squashed by a patch, but you used to be able to get your TOS Connie, swipe its gear into your Inventory, delete it, get another one (the system would notice you didn't have it anymore but you're entitled since you bought it, so you'd get another), swipe its gear, delete it, etc. You could run all blue phasers Fore and Aft that way.

I didn't know it ever did go into your inventory. The exploit I spoke of, I thought it worked from your ship list. Perhaps I just don't remember well enough.

Well then I have no idea. But yes, it used to go into your inventory as an item, then you had to use it to put it on your ship list.

I think you're right... You can swap the blue phasers agains tany other weapon and the blue phasers go into the inventory. Then dismiss the Conny and get it again with new phasers... that should indeed work. :techman:

Good episode this week. good background noises and the sets. Not certain of how canonical McCoy being on that station is?

Well, the Enterprise was in that region of space along the Klingon boarder often enough, not sure it's that much of a stretch.

You can decommission and re-commission (from the C-Store) your TOS Constitution Class; and get the retrofit phasers each time still (Just did it for my new VA1 as they all scale to MkXI phasers - and it saves money. Personally, I don't think it's worth it prior to VA1 as they are always 1 Mk BELOW the max level, but MkXII gear is much harder to get atm.)

Did it yesterday, all blue TOS phasers now...I got asked ingame how I did that, cause they all only were able to get one phaser bank from the mission.
I know it's not the most powerful weapon, but's the most cool in the game! As soon, as I can procure the best EPS flow generator I seriously consider losing one of my two torpedo launcher to get a real powerful phaser boat, I skilled everything I have into phaser weapons and they are quite effective now.
