I've seen advertised a new release of Star Trek XI on Blu Ray for Nov 16, 2010. Anybody know if this is true?
Apparently the first Academy book ("The Delta Anomaly") involves Gaila "drinking to excess" and...
a lone Borg scout landing on Earth...![]()

Yeah, I've already been spoiled on that, but others might not be. *hint hint*![]()
Greg Cox's books would have been much better. I do not understand why they would put his on hold and go forward with these.Apparently the first Academy book ("The Delta Anomaly") involves Gaila "drinking to excess" and...

Really?already? Jeeze.The Borg
It's because Greg's book (and the other three) were set after STXI, and it's since been decided that only JJ's people can tell "new" nuTrek stories. The tie-ins have to make do with prequels or concurrent stories, like the Countdown and Nero comics, and the Academy books.Greg Cox's books would have been much better. I am also sick of The Borg.
