First set pics showing Captain America's new costume

One thing, though; why are they filming in England instead of in the USA?
Probably tax credits and the need to shoot in European locations nearby for the war scenes. Since you live in Toronto, you're probably familiar with Toronto filling in for NYC for financial reasons. Apparently NYC is an expensive nightmare to film in. That kind of stuff is very common. They shot a Civil War flick in Romania once, or something like that. Boggles my mind that Tennessee is too rich for their blood but whatever...

I just don't like the aesthetics of the Nazi bikes. I know maybe they're trying for "more advanced than the 1940s" look to make them look more fearsome, but there should have been some other way to do that. Not a big thing, tho.

Ze Gherman bikes look great. My only quibble would be that the riders stirrups are a little too far back and the handlebars are a little too "modern racer". I would have preferred a more upright riding profile for the riders with some wider- possibly bullhorn type handlebars.

As for those who think the bikes look too modern, may I suggest they know very little of motorcycling history including the US's very own Indian Armored Motorcycle concepts 1914 to 1930, among many others including HD, the British bike manufacturers as well as Ze Ghermans.

The Southeast is the most anti-union part of America---I would think that shooting in Tennessee would be dirt cheap. It also makes me wonder why Tarantino filmed Death Proof in California and Texas, rather than Tennessee, since we're told by on-screen text that the big finale takes place in the town of Lebanon, TN.

Might be easier access to resources in CA and Texas. Rodriquez has a film studio in Austin.
