favorite Starfleet UNIFORM?

The TOS and TNG pyjama uniforms are too plain and don't look like serious uniforms and for a serious organization.

The FC/DS9 uniforms were much better and could have looked more decorative if they added a strap with metallic pinnings representing years of service as well as what fleet they are serving in and stuff.

As for hard labour and crawling around just replace the top with a worker jacket with pockets when need be like Scotty had sometimes.

I don't have a real favorite - I thought almost any of the standard duty uniforms which weren't the TMP pajamas or the TOS-movie red uniforms were adequate, with perhaps a slight preference for the ENT flight suits and the FC/DS9 uniforms. Most of the dress uniforms were pretty dire, with the style seen in DS9 and Nemesis the only one I can say I really liked.

I read this and I get an image of Petraeus on on air in one of these.

Is it just me or did TOS ones change in cut or material season to season? No, they're not my favorite.

This is a popular opinion but in real life, the black doesn't work. They look like fascists in sweaters.

I used to like the 29th century Relativity uniforms but I wonder what they would be like in real life too. Ditto the cadet uniforms in TNG's "The First Duty" (Wesley's squadron on trial). I've always liked the gold TNG pips.
