Have we no asian movie fans here, who've seen this legendary period-set kung fu horror comedy? Does nobody recognize the Chinese equivalent of Peter Cushing?

At least that's what I think it is, I have seen that almost two decades ago when we got first free private television where we lived. It ran at night and "scared" the crap out of me or I laughed myself to death.
EDIT: I'm no Asian Horror movie fan though, especially horror movies, but when I was young (10/11) I watched everything that came on this new colour television and all those "awesome" channels. It took me ten years to realise, that colour and quantity did not equate quality or my tastes at least.
