It is now okay to tell cops to "Fu** off"-says court

That film looked legit to me. The cop seems legitimately surprised whent the guy walks up and flips him off. Cops aren't just mean-ass crazy in America. Check out how these British cops go berserk on this old guy's car. You would think they would knock on the window and tell him to open the door or roll the window down. They immediately start beating on the windows. One cop uses an Asp(an extendable metal rod) and the other is kicking the windshield.

Is that video actually fake, sure fooled me.

It is clearly and obviously fake to me. Biggest tip-off of all? Notice that the cop is walking down the street holding the nightstick.
Wouldn't have raised a eyebrow for me. Three or four of the local cops I know walk down the street with their nightsticks in their hands.

The video just strikes me as obviousled faked. The cop is too "cop looking" (the aviators, for example) and him already holding the PR-24 is suspect to me, I don't believe in reality the guy would be so willing to, and happily, get out of the car and flip the cop off, I don't think most cops would be quite so quick to react in the manner he did (and note how he seems to switch the nightstick from his weak hand to his dominant hand) and also the "victim" takes a number of hits before getting up way too easily and getting back in the car where, it seems, nothing more became of the incident despite it being a lawsuit waiting to happen and the cop obviously being very enraged, and armed.

Sorry, I don't buy it one bit.

That's rather shocking. I always thought British cops were civil and courteous and used force only when absolutely necessary. I thought French cops were the really nasty mofos.

Cops are people too, I don't understand the need to be mean to them, whatever you put out is what you'll get back, be respectful.

I think the point always is, person or not, wearing a badge doesn't give you the right to be a thug, but I can agree, to go out of your way to act like a prick to a police officer seems silly. Nonetheless, if I were being harassed because an officer was bored or something, I wouldn't be bending over and taking it.

I find it funny I almost got expelled from school for saying this to some dumbass clerk who made a gigantic mistake that almost caused a logistic nightmare.

Freedom of speech is OK, as long as you're not near anyone.

Not saying the isn't fake, I'm just saying a cop walking around with his nightstick out isn't the unusual to me.

Everyone has a constitutional right to free speech. You can say fuck you to any cop or any government official just like you can say fuck you to any corporation that deals with the public. If you are unhappy with their service, you have the right to express your opinion using as much colorful language as you like.

That's not exactly how free speech works. It gives you the right not to be harassed or persecuted for your beliefs or expression of those beliefs. It does not give you the right to say anything to anyone.

And if you try it with a judge, they will charge you with contempt.

If I'm of the opinion that a judge should fuck off, I have a constitutional right to express that. I just can't do it inside the courtroom while court is in session. I can stand outside the courtroom and yell all I want. The judge has a constitutional right to come outside and tell me to fuck off too. But he has no right to charge me with contempt of court when I'm not standing in his court.

I can yell at the judge, the mayor, the governor, even the President and call him a fucking idiot, a fag and a little bitch. I can use racial slurs. I can tell him to fuck off. I can tell him to suck my dick. None of it is illegal. (For the record, I like the President and I don`t think he`s a fag. I`m just making a point)

But if I say I`m going to kill you. Then I can be charged.
