Megan's hot, and I certainly wouldn't kick her out of bed for getting cookie crumbs in the sheets, but as far as hot celebs go (even limited to brunettes) I'd rate her a B-lister, well behind the likes of Jennifer Connelly, Angelina Jolie, Salma Hayek, the aforementioned Monica Belluci, Kate Beckinsale, Claudia Black... the list goes on.
Ink can add or detract, depending upon the artistic choices made. Not finding a woman attractive due only to the fact that she has tattoos, though, seems exceedingly odd to me... but then I've got a bit of skin art myself. Takes all kinds, I suppose.

Look, she's good looking, sure. But she's not all that. That tattoo on her right arm sticks out like a sore thumb and takes her down several notches. She's good looking, for sure, but there's far better looking women out there than her.

The word sexy doesn't even begin to describe her. Her breasts are simply proportionate to the rest of her. She'd still be just as sexy if they were smaller.
