Also, Dictionary.com doesn't give you a translation like it does with languages that aren't dead. It gives you every form of "concordia" and several definitions for every term. Put in three other Latin words, and you can derive just about anything.

Well I just had a 5 week break from all things Trek, and now feel reloaded enough to continue the work. And a lot of work it will be.

There is an entire Voyager fleet to be constructed, including the 2 Vesta class ships of that fleet.

That's the thing. I don't know of any credible sources for Latin translation. For me, anytime I needed something translated, I went to the Dictionary.com translator. Works sort-of well on non-dead languages.
