What's in the Pandorica? Your opinion

I can now reveal that the Pandorica does indeed contain the Doctor's most deadly enemy...

Sorry, who is that?
Michael Grade. Doctor Who's greatest enemy.

I actually hope it isn't the Doctor at this point, I think it would be cooler if it were someone like say The Rani, this would be the perfect time to re-introduce that character. Shoot, what if it even turned out to be Romana! I'm hoping for some big reveal along these lines, rather than the Doctor being there, which IMO is a bit cliche and expected at this point.

I seriously can't believe that artist was allowed to post those images on hiw website?

Either this is a serious lack of judgement on the part of Moffat and co or...

..or the greatest bit of misdirection ever!

Rich Johnson is known for getting his hands on inside comic book and related TV/movie information and then immediately posting them on his site--he's a self-admitted spoiler hound. As a big Doctor Who fan, he's gotten ahold of quite a bit of spoiler materials about the series before (he was among the first to reveal that River Song was coming back long before it became public knowledge). Looks like his suspicions about who was inside the Pandorica may have been confirmed...

I think it's one of those things that there were hints in previous episodes. Some people here have already picked up on a few odd things that may have been gaffes but may be really weren't, or strange bits and pieces that the Doctor was rambling about in passing that might now bear closer scrutiny...

Just registered so I could post, but as I was thinking last night about all the stuff we have seen thus far in this series two things kept coming back to me.

1. We have been shown all the forms of the doctors at least 3 times and Hartnell 4 times I think, and everyone thinks that there might have already been 2 doctors in Flesh and Stone anyway, plus we have the Doctor even circling his face and saying 11th to that guy in the lodger, this makes me think that

11th = 1+1 = 2

I know that is simple, but sometimes the simple stuff is the hardest to see.

2. Sleep and Dreams are a recurring theme along with fairy tales, to me these are simply a red hearing as there is no way that this entire series was a dream, I think Moffet is to good a writer to let that be yet another plot to a show, heck they even did it on Newheart!

Welcome to the board.

No offence, but I wouldn't put any stock in numerology - ever; even if we are only talking about something trivial like Doctor Who.

Thanks for the welcome, no offense taken, I'm not even into numerology, don't even know what that really is all about, I tell you though, speculation makes watching this show all the more fun.

I think it would be cool to have a place to list all of the weird quarks that are going on, sort of like in the movies when the police are looking for a serial killer and are drawing strings to different photo's and things, I don't mean do that for real, just online. :)

maybe the pandorica is our introduction to the ancient gods of past doctor who books and novels.. to see the titans of old Greece as a race of super powerful beings would be amazingly cool! not to mention the romans soldiers and the whole Pandora's box sound in the label of the pandorica.. just makes me think the gods of clash of the titans are rising..

I seem to remember the doctor running from the gods, whether in comics or novel format... he seemed to believe they were too far past to show up in his timeline..and I believe between the egyptian type gods from pyramids of mars, to the ones in the stories I read about Greek Gods, and Roman Gods (which are the same basically) I am partially inclined to think this may have some basis in that mythology.. which would be ultra cool!!

a space Version of Medusa!

Zeus himself!

or is it the king Titan, Kronos!!?

maybe someone who is small like our size steps out and becomes huge and powerful like calypso from pirates of the Caribbean?

Every time I see this thread, I hear it being read in the voice for that credit card ad: "What's in YOUR Pandorica?"
