Aw, man! Anyone know how to get one's handson this toolkit? 'Cos I'd love to be able to come up with schematics like this - they're awesome!

Yep, that is supposed to be the ships name in vulcan. The Raan in SOTSF1 carried her name in an alien script as well and i liked that idea for Intrepid as a ship operated by the Vulcans. I imagine there are quite many Loknars and Larsons which carry their name in andorian script as well.

??? I always thought that that alien writing was supposed to be Andorian? It was always Vulcan? It looks not like Vulcan writing...
The name of the font, i used is "Modern Vulcan". I didn't put that much of research into that, i just remembered the Raan from SotSF and thought, this would be a nice touch and then googled for vulcan fonts. And this was one of two, i found (the other one was the old one, based on Spock's kolinahr clothing in TMP).
[Edit:] if someone has a font based on the TMP warpshuttle's markings, please post it and i will certainly put it on the ship.
