Doctor Who Avatar Contest - The Ninth Doctor

First off, thanks for all the votes two contests in a row...

This week's contest is for my first Doctor, the ninth portrayed by Christopher Eccleston. Lookin' over the list, seems that other Doctors have gotten specific contests for them, but Nine hasn't...

...until NOW!!!

BWA HAHAHAHAHA!!!

Anyway, yeah...the 9th Doctor. Entries can be from any episode from 'Rose' to 'The Parting of the Ways'. All entries must conform to board rules - up to 140x140 and 70KB if animated.

Contest entries will be accepted from now 'til Friday night.

Strangely enough I didn't (sort of) but I guess I missed the portrayed by Christopher Eccleston. I just saw 9th Doctor and the mind went to "fake" Ninth Doctor. Can I ask for special consideration in this instance?

Actually re-reading the OP there are other rules that I missed too with the whole "Rose" to "The Parting of the Ways" thing. My bad.

It really captures the whole mood of the 9th Doctor.

Also, strangely enough my two entries are relatively similar in the expressions of the Doctors.

I have a few ideas for an avatar for this contest, but I haven't got the foggiest idea how to create an animated GIF (I have both Photoshop CS2 and Flash and Fireworks 8) so if anyone could point me in the direction of instructions on how to create them in either one of those programs, I'd be very grateful.
