Brent Spiner in 'Law and Order: Criminal Intent' and typecasting...

Re: Brent Spiner in 'Law and Order: Criminal Intent' and typecasting..

Any of you guys watch the CI premiere on Tuesday?

I liked the kick off, and we saw the return of the classic L&O title cards. As for the outcome, all I can say is:
Ross! Noooooo. He will be missed though

It looks as if there is going to be some drama with Goren in the next part.

I'm looking forward to it.

Something I have always wondered is if they do any theater work? Sometimes when I look at a Trek actor/actress IMDB page it's sparsely populated with guest appearances. I know a lot of Trek actors have a backgrounds in theater so maybe thats where they go.

Alexander Siddig really broke away strongly from DS9, appearing in in several movies, most notably a major role in Syrianna with George Clooney and appeaering on 24.

Yes but in those roles he plays Muslim/Arab guys with an accent. So sad to be honest because he's is one of the few British guys on American tv/films that doesn't have an annoying British accent.

I'm going to the Tribeca Film Festival in a few weeks - Siddig is staring in an indie with Patricia Clarkson called "Cairo", where he will play an Eygptian man she develops a relationship with. If I get to see it, I'll advise on his performance.

If you do ask him if he keeps getting these ethnic roles or if he chooses them.

Oh and ask him if he's doing any plays in London. I want to watch him live on stage.

I saw Anthony Montgomery on an episode of NCIS. He actually had lines and served the plot, so Enterprise hasn't typecast him. :p

I glad to see Anthony is still working, Good for him!!!!

Does Connor Trinneer count as typecast?
1) Blown up during the season ENT finale
2) Shot at close range on NCIS
3) Abducted, experimented on and transformed into an insane mass murderer on SGA

I hate to say this, but I think that the brother should be in a Tyler Perry movie.

Tyler Perry....:angryrazz:

Anywho, another sighting: Kate Mulgrew, with long, blondish hair, on SVU as an attorney...(I didn't see the entire episode).

To me, Christopher Reeves broke away from Superman in Noises Off.
