I was in a similar group discussion not that long ago at school. No one was required to participate and those who weren't were excused from the class for the rest of the period with the assurance they wouldn't miss anything but a little bit of fun. Naturally, I stayed. As my "professor" (I think adjuncts are bogus) went around the room asking people their orientation he skipped over me with the under-his-breath comment "Obviously..."
I think of myself a reserved and collected person. I have a temper sometimes and I'm a little more caustic than most but that's it. Ever since that moment, however, I've decided to never answer that question again and just let whatever it is I'm doing (or have done) speak for itself.
If I had told him I was straight I don't think he would have believed me anyway.

It is possible to know that I'm not into certain things without having to try them first. I dunno, maybe this is different for other people. I'm just sayin' what I know for myself. Which is that I have no desire for guys in any way. I don't have to sleep with a guy to know I don't want to. The thought doesn't "disgust" me, as such, it just doesn't stir up any emotion at all.
