Well after seeing the BO returns for Avatar and Alice in Wonderland...I would say A LOT of people

The big studios are fighting over the 3D screens right now (even threatening to withhold 2D version of their films if they don't get the 3D screens for their movies). It'll die down in a year (when more 3D screens are available), but 3D is a bit of a scarce resource these days. I wonder if Titanic 3D will even get a wide release.

Well, I had a weird roommate who played this movie over and over, so I'm sure I've seen its entirety in bits and pieces out of sequence, but never actually sat through the whole thing, start to finish. I think I'm fine with that.

In a sense I can see your point, howver..

You should watch the sinking again. Either from the iceberg to the when it finally goes under or from the scenes right after iceberg (when Andrews gives the damage report). What makes these scenes good is not them individually but how they flow from one another.
