Is that something you're licensed to do by an agency of the state, or just a hobby you picked up somewhere?I can take a sample of someone's bone marrow, I suppose. It's a bit like coring an apple.
I can't write worth a turd, but I'm very good at proofreading and correcting OTHER people's writing. Errors in spelling, usage and grammar just pop out at me. Unfortunately, that makes me a rather anal-retentive personality.
(I wanted to finish this post with an emoticon, but I can't find one for "anal-retentive").
I can catalogue library books according to AACR2 (Anglo-American Cataloging rules) and I know how to assign Dewey numbers and Library of Congress Headings.

Let's just say that I have the former in order to get a chance to do the latter.
I'm one of those people you'd call a jack of all trades, but master of none. I'm a competent graphic designer, but not stellar. I develop web sites, but full out web applications are beyond me. I'm a strategic thinker. I have experience teaching, administering corporate networks, writing books and technical manuals. I speak English natively, some Russian, and a little Greek. I've lived outside my home country. I believe in helping others. I'm an entrepreneur, a manager, a leader, a follower, a volunteer, a student.

I'm really good at taking control of the flow of a conversation over the phone. Which is probably why I work in technical support. I would never want to work in sales though; sales just feels evil.
I'm also pretty good at containing my emotions. Maybe too good. I'm very reluctant to voice any kind of criticism towards anyone even when it's justified.

I can sort of relate to that. I used to be passionate about all sorts of things -- current affairs, photography, writing, music -- but eventually chronic depression killed off the passion. Haven't written poetry in years now, because I have nothing to say. Haven't played the piano, either, though that is because of both depression and carpel tunnel syndrome.
I know how to write a sermon, decorate a house and inspect a jail.
The Arts & Sciences are my passion. I'm mainly a writer, but I also dabble in art and photography. And programming for that matter. 
Boy do I know those clouds. What I"ve done is I am 3 credits from a BA in Math, I've learned French and am now able to read my favorite author Dumas in the original tongue and I"ve played guitar for over 20 years. Fortunately for me the clouds lift after awhile, but I've found that action speeds up the process. Do something however weird and initially taxing...
I can crochet baby clothes... getting very useful now that all my friends and cousins are having babies. I can also, technically, make grown-up size clothes, but those are harder to get finished before I get bored. Currently working on a tank-top design of my own (winging it) and two baby blankets.
Sometimes I am a good writer, but I'm better at having good ideas and letting other people run with 'em... I should be a producer, maybe.

I can write, and I'm a pretty good editor, too. I am particularly good at taking complicated topics and explaining them in a way that's at least reasonably understandable to laymen. I am also good at writing conversationally - at inviting the reader to sit down and have a conversation with me through my writing.
I am a good photographer - not great, but good. And picky.
I'm an excellent cook - I make most things from scratch, and that includes piecrust. I don't understand why almost nobody makes her or his own piecrust any more, because it is NOT difficult, but the plain fact is, almost nobody does. Except me.
I can make bread. I don't do it very often, but when I do, it is - if I do say so myself - fine bread. I know how to can vegetables and sauces. Just like the homemade bread, I don't do it very often (once a year when stuff is in season), but when I do, they are - if I do say so myself - fine vegetables and sauces.
I know how to knit, and I know how to embroider. And I know how to piece a quilt, too. I don't do so very often because although I enjoy the piecing, I dislike the quilting a LOT, which is a shame because even though I dislike it, it's really important to the overall quality of the quilt.

I have perfect pitch. I honestly did not know this was a big deal - I thought everyone could do it! It wasn't until I hit college that I found out. I was taking music lessons and the instructor found out I had perfect pitch. I swear, he literally ran out and gathered people from other practice rooms to come hear. I was so frackin' embarrassed... 
Also, I can make hot dogs disappear instantly, and I can send a brick to sleep via hypnosis.
