Yeah, I myself wondered for a long time whether I'd roll back to 0 when I hit the magic six digits...or it'll just keep on going. I can't imagine the board was designed to just reboot anyone who reaches 100,000 but leave them at their earned rank and position. Oh well. We'll see. Squiggy and a few other sad bastards will be joining my ass soon enough.

PER DAY average I'm not even close to being the most prolific on here. Squiggy's averaging 50 or more per day. And some people on the board are seemingly here 24/7.
I imagine if Squiggy and a few others joined much earlier than they did they'd likely be WAAAAAAY past me in total posts by now and I'd probably be in the bottom ranks of the Top Ten.

In my case, it looks like I'm always here as my name is always in the "online" list - I never log out. My 9th anniversary as a member of this BBS is coming in April and when you look at my yearly average over the course of all those years I'd be posting about 11,000 or so per year. Mind you, it took me three years(until spring of '04 when that year's prez primaries were wrapping up)before I hit even 10,000 total and another two or so before 30,000. It's only in the last three years give or take that I've really been on here as often as I have, in large part because of my altered work and other schedules which gives me a little more free time most days to spend online while waiting to go and do other things.
Remember when we had that epic battle for 10th place? Ahh, memories ...

There was SOMEONE at the time who thought we were the biggest and most childish dorks for competing to see who rose higher in the Top 10. To be fair, a lot of it WAS childish and laughable...but it was good harmless fun and I remember a lot of our fellow posters at the time were rooting for one or the other of us.
