This is too hard. These are actually all quite good. In fact, this could just as well be a "what's your favourite episode?" poll.

And hang on, look who didn't write any of them...

RTD adds stuff to all scripts with the exception of Moffat as he stated in a interview. This relentess RTD bashing is pathetic hes done more good than your willing to give him credit for because he dared tried to alter Doctor Who from what you remembered it to be.

Actually, RTD did a major but uncredited contribution to "Human Nature"/"The Family of Blood," according to both Cornell and RTD.

I would presume he gave the idea of the basis of the story (The Hog watch) which was used for the Master story.

Paul Cornell has indeed indicated that it was RTD who came up with the idea of the Doctor's essence being stored in a fob watch.

I give Davies all the credit in the world for not only reviving Doctor Who, but turning it into an incredible success in the process.

That doesn't mean I won't call him out on his utterly shit writing when the cause arises, though.

Thats fine but some people saying everything he does is shit...utter nonsense.

Hush now, don't tell Bones things he doesn't want to hear. Remember from his perspective all RTD does is write his own episodes. He has no say in the other scripts, doesn't pick the writers, directors and that Tennant guy was hired by someone else entirely

As for the question in hand...toughest call so far because I love them all.

The Library 2 parter is the weakest, but I do wonder if that coms down to execution? And much as I adore the impossible planet/Satan Pit it isn't the quality that The Empty Child/Doctor Dances or Human Nature/Family of blood are.

Prising those two apart is trickier, and there's maybe a cigerette paper between them. I'll go with Cornell's in the main because it features Tennant's best acting as far as I'm concerned, and the bit at the end where Mr Smith has to give up his entire life to save the day...he's a braver man than the 10th Doctor that's for sure!

I've not said everything he does it shit. Just most things up to New Earth so far.
