Yeah, that does make me feel kinda sqeemish. But it is indeed not as bad as Paris pulling out his own tongue in the episode "Threshold". Now that almost made me loose my lunch! And to think that I was eating at the time I watched it!!! I dropped my plate faster than you could say box your uncle.

Actually it's a common facial gesture to make someone smile or freak them out.
My mom and I can do it, I do it to my co-workers to silence them with shock.

I think it's a funny picture, since his character would never do that.
