Game Night?

I know this has been tried a few times and it's kind of difficult because everyone's all across the world, but does anyone want to try to set up a game night?

Oh yeah, I have Halo 3 and ODST too, but I haven't played either one yet. Willing to buy the mappacks though if that's what we decided on.

Yeah, I think it's far more likely that we all have computers than a PS3/360. Besides, computers are way better for online multiplayer. Consoles are better for face-to-face multiplayer.

I remember that from the arcades. I assume it's the same one on the 360. One of the best games of the 1980s.

I was going to make a clone of it a few months ago, but I never got started on it. It was going to be an online multiplayer, but with more skills at your fingertips that just shoot weapon... adding a little bit of character development.

I'll get around to it one day.

The really fun games are where multiple players can play together through the campaign/story mode. Halo 3 and Halo 3: ODST are four player co-op, for example. Halo Reach is supposedly going to be five or six player co-op. Left 4 Dead's campaign really shouldn't be played without co-players.

I do have a PC, but I think most people don't unfortunately. We could always set up something for the other platforms though - I do have a copy of CoH I installed but haven't really played (and the whole series is on sale on Steam right now! ).

If it's going to be 360, I'm down for COD4, WAW, or MW2. I don't have Halo 3 or ODST, but my brother does, so I could always borrow his.

^^^ And, like me, not everyone has a fast and stable internet connection** for playing the latest games, and not everyone plays the same sort of games anyway (the best I probably could manage on weekends is UT3, me).
