The only two I'd replace would be Scott Bakula and Jolene Blalock.
I have to admit I loved the relationship between Trip and T'Pol, the slow built romance which is something Star Trek usual sucks at.
Bakula has to go, I actual liked the character as written, a inexperiance idealistic ethical captain who comes to realize that he is basically in over his head and slowly changes and grows. I would have made him a tiny bit calmer. Matt Damon could have easily filled this role.
The way Blalock portrayed T'Pol in the last couple of seasons was fine, but I'd go with a latina actress instead. If you want a lot of restrained emotion bubbling inside - think latina. Constance Marie, a professional dancer who was the the wife on the George Lopez show.

It'd be pointless to cast anyone as Travis unless the role is better written. I'd like to have seen the original concept for Travis - as an older, rough-around-the-edges Boomer who challenges Archer's perspective.
I've seen some posts that want Mayweather to be old(?)....or older?
I love the idea of Mayweather being older, born in space, , served aboard a dozen civilian ships, commanded a couple, multiple ex-wives and a grandfather too. His wandering feet have brought him to star fleet, a senior lieutenant now, he sometimes gets in Archer face with his greater life experience.
Or, get rid of this "everyones an officer" thing and have Mayweather be the chief petty officer, anyone who knows anything about naval service know these guys are the true power behind the thrown. Senior NCO's
will pull an inexperianced officer to the side and spell things out to them.
I'm looking at these posts, and people can't think of any black actors....if Mayweather was to be recasted.
Wish list: Denzel Washington with a little grey in his hair, or a 45-50 year old James Earl Jones with a bit of muscle.
