Less than 24 Hours left - So What's Going To Happen?

DeadmeatDiggory

Commander

Is Wilf a Timelord in disguise?

Is Ten going to die for good?

Is Donna going to regenerate into Matt Smith?

Will Ten trip over a rock and that'll be the end of him?

Will we find out that The Doctor and The Master are one in the same?

Will we discover The Doctor and The Master are brothers, and Wilf is their long lost pappa?

Will the Master Race be resolved in five minutes or six?

Post your theories!

No.

God no!

Funny, but probably not.

Nope. We've already got one evil Doctor running around.

You've been watching too much television.

I'm going for six.

My theory? The old woman talking to Wilf is Romana, who wants the Doctors help in defeating Lord Dalton who illegally deposed her during the time war. In the end, she'll lead the defeated Timelords off to rebuild a new homeworld.

The biggest question is will it be even more over the top than part 1?

After some contrived deus ex machina that defeats the Master, the Doctor says his good-byes, finishing with the sentence, "you know, I never did make it Barcelona." A call-back to Parting of the Ways, get it?

Anyhoo, at this moment, the Doctor assumes the position of arms out and head tilted back and regenerates. This finishes with Matt Smith stepping in as the Eleventh Doctor, cracking a witty one-liner and credits roll.

Or at least, that's how it should go.

I still think the Doctor's going to regenerate at the end of this one. It's crazy; I know...but I still believe it.

What scares me is a fear that they'll do the Star Trek 'alternate timeline' thing. And 11 will turn out to be 1. Thus writing off 40 years of Whostory.

It's the sort of piss-awful thing Davies would think was Terribly Clever.

I can hardly bear to watch.

YES! And my string of getting it all completely wrong stands!!

Well, maybe. We still don't know who that mysterious woman was.

Cutter, someone in the grading thread made a point.

When facing off Rassilon, the Doctor looked at the woman, and she looked at him, gesturing to the link machine.. Later, when Wilf asks who she was, the Doctor looks at Wilf, then his granddaughter, Donna. You could read a lot from that. Not that it was Donna, but a granddaughter.

If so... wow, subtle. Cool, too.

Possible. I dunno. In any case, its all up to the Moff now...
