How do you all handel stress?

One thing I forget to mention: Messing around with images in Gimp &/ Photoshop. I used to "write it out", but that tended to raise to many eyebrows when stuff got out by accident; today I suppose, writing about killing your customers or the annoying customer would probably get ya' sent to the shrink.

TheGallifreyanSith: LOVE your avatar! Now if only you had Xmas lights around that mofo, then it would be even more fascinating! :D But love the light effects anyway!

How I handle and manage stress? I vent on Starscape as well as here..helps me to get it off my chest..then I try listening to my favorite music on my ipod and watching NCIS. :)

Stress...

Ok..

#1 ..Gas up my weed-eater
#2 ..Drink a few beers
#3 ..Chase after small furry animals with said weed-eater...

What can I say, Forbidden Planet still has some sweet looking effects after all these years.

I step back and take a deep breath. I then think about all the things I've gotten over in the past and then craft a plan to overcome this. Some comfort entertainment doesn't hurt, though.

By getting the hell away from people. A little peace and quiet works wonders when I'm stressed out. I'll usually do something light, such as play an easy video game or watch a simplistic movie (Independence Day or a Disney film for example).

I find it quite relaxing to go into TNZ to verbally vent my frustrations on some of TBBS's more vocal morons, particularly self-proclaimed "legends", the proudly unintellectual, and overzealous keepers of the faith.

Listening to the beautiful compositions of George Frideric Handel.
:bolian: That's what I was going to say!

I let it sit and stay inside till it all bursts out into a panic attack. Then I go for long late night multiple hour long walks... well sometimes... Usually I force my panic attack to stop as early as I can and leave the stress and frustration for later... I probably have like 30 years taken off my life by now.

I wouldn't recommend that approach.
