William Shatner finally saw Star Trek (XI)!

I really don't think Shatner would have evaluated the film unless he had actually seen it for himself because that would be stupid otherwise.

Well, to play the devil's advocate, he does seem to be best buds with Abrams' and he is trying to get himself a sequel deal which also seems to be Abrams' & co desire...

I'm sorry although I know Bill has a bad rep I think it's just to cynical to presume he didn't see the film when it seems clear that if he is commenting that he thought it was wonderful and others here are saying he hadn't actually seen it, I mean come on; be a little more realistic although Bill was hurt by not being in Star Trek (XI) he has probably gotten over it with XII being in sight.

As I said...devil's advocate.
Personally I like the Shat regardless of if he liked the movie or not, if he's seen it or not.

I do hope he stays away from XII though:p. But I doubt that will happen.
