HBO's "Hung" - Any good?

I have all the episodes recorded on my DVR but haven't gotten around to watching them. Is the show worth watching?

^I have no idea, but I recorded it too and just deleted them because my media center has hundreds of shows on it at the minute, so had to make space.

It's okay.

Nothing grand.

A little depressing.

A nice story but not a comedy and not Californication.

However, a billion times better than that Punisher movie Tom made.

I think the show's pretty great actually, sure no Californication, but I don't think it's trying to be, if anything I think it's more like Weeds (before it went all Mexican drug cartel and serious).

I've only seen the pilot, but Guy Gardener's opinion of the show is pretty much the same as mine. I didn't think it was terrible, but I also wasn't struck with the urge to keep watching.

Thirded, I don't know if I would actually seek out the series but if you got 'em you could give 'em a shot. I don't think you will find that the series turns a corner at some point, it's pretty much the same as you get from the beginning.

I don't know how people whole series on their DVR, probably because I record in HD and the Comcast hard drive capacity is rather modest.

Well, I quite enjoyed the first season. The fact that they got Natalie Zea naked is a huge bonus. ;)

This always surprises me, I have six hours of HD on my comcast box and it's 40% full. If I fall a couple of days behind it fills up pretty quick.

I kind of want to check this show out, too. I'll probably have to wait for DVD if I do. Doesn't sound like anyone is raving about it, though?

It's not a bad show, but the premise is about a guy who falls on hard times and turns to being a gigolo, and even that doesn't quite work out for him. It's quite funny at points, but like The Venture Brothers, it seems to be a meditation on failure.

Do they even show his cock at all in the show?

Well that is the irony, they show everything but. So the character is suppose to have huge cock but I guess the actor must be small, thats why they don't show it LOL. Even if that was case they can always do a CGI cock for him. LOL

Yeah, they also showed more lady bits than any show I've seen.

Cinemax shows alot more with its after 11 pm various adult movies and shows like Co-ed Confidential and Life on top etc..

I think part of the fun is that they don't show it. It's every woman's fantasy, showing it is losing the mistery, like the shark in Jaws
