My cat is allergic to waking up

So here's a new thing my cat has started doing. Starting a couple days ago, anytime my cat wakes up, she starts sneezing. And I mean, she goes all out. Like 15 sneezes in a row. She only does it when she wakes up! It's so bizarre.

I always feel gross when I wake up, so I avoid touching any part of myself.
