Bingo. I just multiplied each measurement off a Diamond collectible by roughly 8. Sadly, only one person in my sculpture class knew right off what it was; my teacher thought the phaser I brought in to work off of was some kind of new hot-glue gun.

What about remastered episodes with the original FX? My daughter catch a few scenes here and there, but it doesn't hold her interest for any length of time. My girlfriend, howeverm who never cared about Trek before, made me buy season two right after we finished season one. Like I wasn't going to, anyway.

Blu Rays have both remastered with & without new FX in the same sets, if I heard correctly.

My Son's opinion (which I share BTW) is that NuE is closer to Original E than the 80's refit E. AND, it's easier to play with and not break the nacelle struts. So, that's my final word on the subject.

Alot of them like TOS. One of my friends, who is 14, enjoys it. And I know alot of kids in England who likes Classic Dr. Who, even more than the new stuff, so I would not worry too much. Plus the new film is bound to spark interest in the original stuff. 
If classic is good, classic will be appreciated.
