Well the cook-unit at the diner-location made far too much "breakfast food" today and it didn't sell over lunch. So the wife enlisted me to "do something with it" for dinner and list it on the board. I chopped up the sausage, bacon and ham and re-refried it with green-beans and onions.... then I took all the unholy'd home-fries and almost stale toast and shredded that and had cook-unit make up a mess of scrambled eggs and die them brown. Yes brown. I dumped in soy-sauce, Tabasco, two handfulls of pepper-corns and two cups of sweet pickle slices. Tossed this all together, fried it in butter and served it in bowls. Being in a foul mood because of the payroll malfunction I decided to name the dish "Butt Krinskies And Cadbury Spleen Eggs" figuring full well if no one purchased it I would eat it over the next week. About 10 min or so we sold out, and the cook came running out to get the recipe from me. Seriously. Butt Krinskies And Cadbury Spleen Eggs are a huge hit here for some reason.
I'm working out the recipe specifics right now so we can duplicate it at will. If is actually a popular dish and not some quick selling novelty I'll need a better name than "Butt Krinskies."

Might save... dood this is an AMERICAN COMPANY those jobs are SO going to China. I wish I was kidding. Avon NY plant has a department working on a method to stabilize Cool Whip so they can ship it by sea. Shelf-life enhancement and all that.
